Just Take The Pain Pill – Rationing The Care
Remember Obama’s “Pain Killer” comment? Did he say this more than once? Because I’ve found audio of what appears to be President Obama answering the exact same question to the very same person… twice, yet completely differently each time. I thought this was supposed to be filmed in front of a “Live” White House audience… was there a “Take Two” that I missed?
This is from the hour long “ObamaCare” Infomercial. Watch for yourself and let me know what you think!
Two answers, very similar, but completely different. Directed at the same person to answer the same question. Allegedly at the ObamaCare Infomercial… I thought it was filmed in front of a Live White House Audience… Was there a “Take 2″?
Either way… it’s still “Rationing” the care. There is no way around it. The government will choose to deny medical procedures or, as in the mother of the woman who asked the question at the ObamaCare Infomercial, a pacemaker, or other medical treatment and the reason will be $money$.
Just as Obama said to this poor woman, if ObamaCare becomes reality… Our Doctors are going to be instructed by government bureaucrats to recommend to our parents, our grandparents, and you & I, that the best thing to do with our illness/condition is to just take a pain killer…

Jason – did you eat a lot of paint chips as a child? In case you didn't realize this, we have been having rationed care under private insurers, try looking it up, many stories of healthcare decisions (not to treat) made because it was too expensive or the HMO wouldn't make enough money. These are real dead people and you can easily find their stories. Try watching this if you think you have a pair: http://tinyurl.com/l5uax9
BTW did you know that the government health plan is the same health-plan that now serves US senators and pretty much every government employee?
Try using your brain.
Will – No paint chips. I can easily find far worse stories about socialized medicine. The expected rationing with ObamaCare is not unprecedented, look at Canada, England, France, or anywhere else its tried. They put people on waiting lists hoping they'll die before they have to treat them.
The Government Health Plans that Senators receive as part of their benefits package is one of Private Insurance, in fact they can select among a number of private plans for their families and BTW it has nothing to do with government run health care. US Senators are not seeing government doctors, government nurses, government pharmacists, as a matter of fact the big proponent of Socialized Medicine, the late Ted Kennedy himself, only stayed alive for as long as he did because our private sector health providers are the best in the world. The health care that "Great Man" received resembled absolutely nothing of what he would have imposed on you and your own family.
The only people receiving Government Health care, anywhere close to ObamaCare are people in the Military, and quite frankly Will… there were times when the experience was so bad I wished would have not bothered going at all and stayed sick.
Or maybe we can have a conversation about the VA. Yeah there's a real model to follow. Have you been to a VA clinic lately…? I have.
Two points: #1 I never said our system is perfect, only that what ObamaCare has to offer WILL be much worse. #2 Your statement about Gov't Employees & Senators using a government health system is not accurate, or even relatively close.
I'll make you a deal… I'll use my brain when you do some reading on the subject or talk to someone who's been there… maybe then you'll find a clue about what you're talking about, because based on what you've said here… its obvious you've lost your clue (if you ever had one at all).
Until someone can give me a solid argument for Government Run Socialized Medicine… it's virtually effortless for me to make an argument against such a proposal, hence – no point in using my brain when the argument is clearly obvious.
Try reading.
