Navy SEAL Not Guilty! This is STILL America!

10

3rd Navy SEAL Acquitted! God Bless America!

The last of three of America’s Elite Special Forces has been acquitted on the alleged Assault charges brought against them, by their own government, last year.

The three SEALs had captured Ahmed Hashim Abed who was wanted for the gruesome murder of four Blackwater contractors in Iraq, where the alleged “victim” here…, Mr. Abed, had their bodies strung up on a bridge, after dragging their dead corpses on the way to the bridge, & then set them on fire.

After being captured, the terrorist (and “alleged victim”) Mr. Abed, told authorities that he had been “abused”… imagine that… a terrorist is captured & then tries to claim abuse hmmm… So the three men responsible for bringing this terrorist to justice were scheduled for “Captain’s Mast”, a form of non-judicial punishment in the military, where they all requested to be put in front of a jury of their peers & be tried in a Court Martial (good choice boys!).

The attempt to destroy the good names of true American heroes & humiliate the United States of America was shut down!  This should bring a sense of renewed hope for everyone, while most of our politicians might be insane, the United States Military, the boys (and ladies) who volunteer to go fight so we can sleep easy under the blanket of freedom they provide, said “no way”!  The AMERICANS on that jury didn’t tolerate this betrayal by our own government to prosecute innocent Navy SEALs, in the name of some backroom political agenda!  And while I’m sure this isn’t the last time something so outrageous will be attempted… the message that our politically correct leaders living in the land of lollipops & rainbows need to hear is the one this jury gave them today:  “We Don’t Prosecute Our American Heroes For Doing Their Job!”

These men, all three enlisted, were being sacrificed like lambs for someone’s political agenda.  Those in charge to protect them from such events, made the conscious decision to believe a murderous savage responsible for killing, dragging in the streets, stinging up, and burning the bodies of  American contractors over three honorable men who took an oath, voluntarily, to protect our country & defend our Constitution.  The day something like that stands is the day we have officially ceased to be America.  This was great victory & what a great American, after being thrown under the bus by his own country for doing his duty, Petty Officer McCabe, after the verdict, told reporters:

“We’re all going to move on with our careers… It’s all over and done with. … I can’t wait to actually focus on work.”

Congratulations to Petty Officer Matthew McCabe, Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, & Petty Officer Julio Huertas!

God Bless the REAL AMERICANS on who served on the jury, the United States Military, Navy SEALs, & this Great Country!

Isn’t the point of a trial to determine guilt? Putting them to trial to determine guilt isn’t something we should be upset about. If they did something horrible and are found guilty, then so be it. If they are innocent they will be found innocent. That’s what happened. I’m glad the system works, especially for these guys!

    • Sure that’s the point of “a trial”, but the point of “this trial” was politically motivated. The system did work, but it was all unnecessary to begin with. All this did was inject “worry” into the minds of military members that they better not fight too hard or they just might be brought up on assualt charges… for doing their job. When our soldiers start having to worry about that & our government lends more credibility to what the alleged terrorist says than our own service members… people die, people on our side. That’s not something they need to be concerned with in War.

Thank God the system worked, but there is plenty of justification to be angry about putting these guys through all this in the first place.

    >something horrible Please define When "We" send out the US Marines hell is coming with them and bad shits about to happen, same goes with all special forces, that’s their job. When you fly or float your boat near the US Navy, whereby the "Captain" of the ship "perceives" danger hell’s about to make a personal visit, and "we’ll" file a report, Captain Ahab never died!

Something outside the rules of engagement would be a good starting point. Something outside of their direct orders?

Hey fellas, can we keep the red, white and blue circle-jerk to a dull roar? What an awful article. So we should never second guess the actions of our military…ever? Didn’t this shit get retired on January 20, 2009?

Outside the rules of engagement and "something horrible" are two quite different things. This case doesn’t even come close to justifying court martial.

I would say that it is rather horrible for soldiers to disobey orders they are directly given. Dereliction of duty and falsifying reports are rather severe things, given the responsibilities on the heads of every person over there. If those things are true, it is certainly a CM offense. But they didn’t do it, and were found innocent. That’s how the system works.
