Not to worry though!  Because an organization known as the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) was in possession of a draft of the EPA’s Study [for those in the districts of the Cap & Tax 8 Republicans... The EPA is the Environmental Protection Agency].

General Counsel for CEI, Sam Kazman, says:

“While we hoped that EPA would release the final report, we’re tired of waiting for this agency to become transparent, even though its Administrator has been talking transparency since she took office. So we are releasing a draft version of the report ourselves, today” – CEI General Counsel Sam Kazman.

** This is an actual copy of the draft, there may be some innaccuracies since it is not the “final draft” from the EPA, but until they release it – this is what we have to work with. [Funny how there is a delay in the release right around "Cap & Tax" Bill time... don't you think?]

Pay Particular Attention to page 6 under the Principal Comments.

Quote:

“Global Temperatures have declined – extending the current downtrend to 11 years with a particularly rapid decline in 1907-8; in addition, the PDO went negative in September, 2007 and the AMO in January 2009, respectively. At the same time atmospheric CO2 levels have continued to increase and CO2 emissions have accelerated”

There’s a lot more in this study, apparently temperatures are supposed to decline over the next 30 years…

Forgive me for using a cowardly “straw man” argument like our President loves to use, but I can’t help it:

There are those who say the debate is over about Global Warming, well I say they’re right! The debate is over. There is no Man Made Global Warming. Carbon Emissions are Not Destroying the planet. And for my “Green” liberal friends, you can stop trying to hold your breath as often as possible… you’re not polluting the planet by exhaling CO2. Just read the report.
